Putting up flags and rainbows can be a powerful sign of allyship, but true inclusion is so much more than that, and together we can achieve our goal of making schools safe spaces for everyone.

We are a not-for-profit organisation that works with schools, trusts, local authorities and charities to help you discover an approach to inclusion that works for you.

Get in touch to find out more about our inclusion health-check, our training, and our packages of support that can help every young person feel like they belong.

Our approach

Therapy Sessions

Step 1.

Curriculum
Health-check

So that we can make the most of our journey together, we must know where we are and where we are going.

In our in-depth health-check we will look at your school policies, curriculum, provision and learning environment and develop an action plan together to ensure that all change is for purpose and bespoke to your school.

Step 2.

What the
LGBTQIA+?

In this training session, â€‹we will look at the language and concepts of LGBTQ+ inclusion, so that we have a common understanding and have common goals.

Taken as a twilight session or half day INSET, staff will leave feeling more confident with LGBTQ+ inclusion and leave inspired to make our schools safe spaces for all.

Step 3.

More Than
Flags and Rainbows

In this training session, â€‹staff will develop an understanding of age-appropriate LGBTQ+ inclusion and approaches to developing an inclusive curriculum.

Through the use of books, role models and representation, we will build a curriculum where all children and young people feel safe with a sense of belonging.
